As we promised, our December’s Woman of the Month is here and she is heating of things in these winter days. Danielle comes all the way from Michigan. She is also a musician. Read this hot spotlight about Danielle as we learn more about this month’s super woman.
Calendar: How are you doing today?
** I am fantastic! I just got home from the west coast radio tour and I feel great!
Calendar: Could you give our audience some quick stats on you including your name, age your hometown?
**Danielle Bollinger, I'm the spitting image of the saying that “I'm old enough to know better but just too young to care”, and my hometown is Davison, Michigan
Calendar: Describe your idea oh what makes the perfect man?
**Since nobody is perfect, I just look for someone who has class, a fun personality, nice teeth and someone who makes me laugh.......very important to make me laugh
Calendar: How old were you when you went out on your first date?
**I think I was 16, and I had to go on a double date with my older brother.....
Calendar: Too funny!!!
Calendar: First kiss?
**my first peck kiss was in 6th grade, but my real tongue action kiss was when I was in 7th grade to a boy named Travis. We were playing spin the bottle....hehe
Calendar: What is your passion in life and why?
**Music has always been my passion because I’ve found it to be healing. I noticed since I was really young that every time I was down or in a bad mood, I would just listen to music or sing and my mood would instantly be uplifted. I can't think of anything else I would rather be doing.
Calendar: Are you single, involved, or married?
**I’m newly dating someone....he's really sweet and really hot!
Calendar: And what do you think makes a relationship work?
**Communication is the key! And putting up with each other's bullshit and not being afraid to speak the truth. You should never be afraid to show your true self to someone in a relationship because eventually it comes out........
Calendar: What do you think is the most important quality a woman should seek in a man?
**Lots of things come to mind, but if a guy has morals than he probably has a lot of other good quality's to follow.
Calendar: What do you find sexy in a man?
**To be honest, what's sexy to me is a man who isn't afraid to talk back and say what's on his mind. I like a man to keep me on my toes and one who has his own opinion. I like a man who takes control of situations and shows a sense of confidence. A nice ass never hurts too.
Calendar: (Smiling)
Calendar: If you had three wishes, what would it be?
**No more war, to win a Grammy, and to sing a duet with Madonna......
Calendar: What is the one thing that really turns you off that men do?
**Big Ego's turn me off........confidence is one thing, but a no nonsense ego is just uncalled for.
Calendar: Here here
Calendar: If you have to give up one thing in your life, what would it be? And what is something that you can not live without?
**I would give up my chocolate addiction....I can't live without my heating blanket....
Calendar: Do you have any advice to the younger girls out there who are trying to grow up too fast?
**SLOW DOWN! It is true that once you turn 21, the clock really starts to speed up!
Calendar: What is your favorite season and why?
**I like summer, because in Michigan, it's way too damn cold 8 months out of the year, and I love hot weather...!
Calendar: Do you consider yourself a role model to young people; boy or girl?
**I would like to consider myself a role model to both boys and girls. I am a real person trying to live a dream in the best way. I know how. I think that trying to live your dream knows that you are able to take risks in life. And I think more people should do that instead of looking back and saying they wish they had.
Calendar: Amen!
Calendar: Any closing thoughts as we wrap this one up? Are there any updates or general announcement that you would like our audience to know?
**I just released my third single off my album, called "you'll always have me" and I really hope everyone likes it and really listens to the lyrics. It's very meaningful to me and it's my way of saying thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. Also, I'm getting ready to work on the next album, and your audience can expect the new album in spring or early summer of 2007. I also just want to thank everyone for all the support of my music. It really means a lot to me.
